Here's a small sneak peak of what to expect from each day:
DAY 1: Uncover the story beneath the story as to WHY you want to achieve your specific marathon goal, so even when you feel overwhelmed trying to fit everything in, the power of your 'why' will fill you with energy to get out there and get that run done. There's a reason many marathon runners lose motivation, focus and struggle during their build-up, and it's because only 1% of coaches teach this- and we're one of them!
DAY 2: You'll discover the essential things to focus on to take your running to the next level. We'll show you how to stop wasting time, effort and energy on unimportant stuff and become super efficient and confident in the training you are doing.
DAY 3: You think running is the hardest part of training for a marathon, right? Well, it's not! We are going to be sharing how to prevent the risk of injuries and how you can KNOW (not 'think'-like 99% of runners do) what areas may be leaving you more vulnerable to injury through our strength test... Where you'll get to know your body better than ever before!
DAY 4: Building on the momentum of the last three days, it's time to put everything you've learnt together, and to do it well! This will keep you on the right track with your training and keep you motivated.
DAY 5: We'll make sure you never have to go through a marathon build-up feeling stressed and overwhelmed. The whole journey of running a marathon should be fun and exciting- and it is- but only if you do the right training that fits in with your lifestyle, personality and goals. So, let's make it happen!

#3: We're dog parents to Lucy and Pip... Lucy is a rescue dog who is mad about running, so much so that even John (GB athlete with a marathon PB of 2:16) can't keep up! And Pip, who is enjoying a slower-paced life at age 14. You'll get to spend lots of time with them!
