This is the program I wish I had back when I was so frustrated, confused and overwhelmed about where to turn…
After nearly 10 years of hip pain and surgery, I felt like I’d tried everything and didn’t know what else I could do.
I spent hours travelling up and down the country to see the top specialists in the UK and spent a lot of money in the process.
I was being held back from the two sports I loved, running and riding, and this had a knock-on-effect in all areas of life, including my happiness.
After being put on the waitlist for a second surgery, I started to work consistently on Strength and Conditioning and, to my surprise, I was 99% pain free in just six months!
Making the phone call to the hospital to say I no longer needed the surgery was the best feeling EVER and a huge relief.
This program would have saved me from expensive mistakes, time wasted and, in some cases, putting my trust in the wrong people or solutions.
I want to share something else with you though, that felt like an even greater achievement...
I was told by a doctor that my performance in sport ‘would never be the same again’ after having 15 pins and 2 plates put into my ankle.
I may have had a couple of niggles along the way, but I proved the Doctor wrong and rode better and ran faster post surgery.
I believe if I can do it, then so can you!
You wouldn’t build a house without putting the foundations in first, right?
In the reset phase, we start with a strength assessment to discover your strengths and weaknesses and what may be leaving you more vulnerable to injury.
Then, we begin working on fundamental areas to build resilience to injury through running specific Strength and Conditioning.
With the foundations in place, we can move onto the exciting part in the refine phase and focus more specifically on enhancing your running performance.
This is where you will begin to feel real benefits in your strength, balance, posture, mobility, paces, and notice corrections in imbalances discovered in the strength assessment.
If you are in running for the long-term… then preventing injury is key to longevity and your overall performance.

Absolutely… Most of our members do!
The main sessions are pre-recorded so you can access them whenever and wherever suits you best.
If you have equipment already and want to use it, that's great. If not, no problem... the first 12 weeks are all about building foundations (we recommend some resistance bands) … after completing this phase, then we advise investing in some dumbbells to progress, but you have plenty of time till then.
Then you are exactly in the right place. We will guide you through the process step by step (adapting if necessary) so you can get back to where you want to be with your running ASAP.
True story… We initially tested the program with Lilly’s mum, who doesn't mind us saying that tech is not her strongest area and she followed it with ease, so yes!
You choose the one that best fits your budget, either quarterly or monthly, and then you are automatically charged on the same date every month (if monthly payment plan) or quarter (if quarterly payment plan) thereafter.
All we ask is for a 3-month minimum commitment and if you wish to leave any time after this period, then we ask for two weeks' written notice prior to your next payment. If you do not give us 2 weeks’ notice, you will be automatically charged. This works the same for both payment plans.
Here’s the good news: you won’t just get us… You’ll also get support from our coaches AND all the other MBRB members in our private groups. We’ll be answering your questions as well as going live once a week in the group to talk to you more! Oh, and don’t forget feedback on the spot on the spot from Lilly in the monthly live session.
